Also from me a small field report.

I started taking individual training with Heloisa and Melissa in summer 2018 – actually I just wanted to have more grounding and learn to dance more cuddly. Of course I got that, but here is the most important development for me. 

I used to be a very rational person – doesn’t mean that I made better decisions or something, but that I simply ignored emotions (subconscious gets that in!). In my school days I even got a slap on the back for not having emotional intelligence after being the window tyrant. Reaction? Liar, of course I am Emotionally Intelligent! (says a lot, doesn’t it?)

Shortly after our training started Heloisa noticed quite fast that I have very little Emotional Awareness and that I don’t really deal with it. Stupid – but an absolute blind spot.

After having had several sessions with them, either alone or in groups, I can say that I personally work much more with emotions. I now notice when my intuition tries to tell me something (wow!), I know how to deal with negative emotions and all these advantages are reflected in my dance. While in the beginning I could have been described by FIRE, today I fortunately bring some partners into a dance dance dance.

Absolutely brilliant! I love to finally be able to do that.

Hello dear people 🌞, 

since there have only been two meetings about Zoom so far and I’ve been enjoying the one-to-one training for a few weeks now, I wanted to tell you about my experiences, hopefully you’ll have a better idea of what to expect. 

Already by the DBD1 course I would have said that my perception, especially in relation to my body, has become much better. This has now been increased again and I notice clearly how I go through a personal development. 

Through breathing and meditation exercises I have reached more in my body, and the training has already given me a decisive aha effect 🙏 Both in training and in everyday life I have become more sensitive, on the one hand to what my body tells me and on the other hand to my surroundings. That is a great feeling.

Bonsoir 🌟 I was allowed to do some trainings with Heloisa and Melissa. Last fall I was in the DBD1 course and was not sure to go there. So far I had no dance experience and rather bad memories, because I was teased a lot in the past and didn’t feel comfortable in my body. The course then did so well, I learned to let go, to switch off my head, to trust my feelings and to become much more sensitive there. The dancing then came almost by itself and I remember how I almost flew home in the evening, that’s how inspired I was. The course helped me tremendously to love and respect myself more. 

The Wild Woman Practice has now opened up another level and it is a wonderful feeling to notice that you have so much life energy in you and that it can circulate with consciousness in your whole body, so that you carry a luminous radiation with you. It is not easy in the beginning to go so deep into your body if you are not used to it. However, Heloisa has the wonderful gift of creating a safe place where you can unfold and she guides the meditations with so much heart that I can ground myself more and more easily and come into my full energy. Already after one month I can clearly feel how invigorating these units are and above all it is a lot of fun! SHOUKRAN
